Certification: American Heart Association© PALS You will receive your PALS eCard on the day of the class. 

RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) Program
Students will skills test with a VAM (Voice Assisted Manikin). During the skills session, an instructor will not be present, since the manikin and computer will guide you through your skills. You must provide your online completion certifiicate to us before you can attend the skills session. Initial or renewal students can take this PALS course.

Process
• You register and pay for this course.
• We send you an email with a link to upload your certificate
• We send you a link from RQI1stop for you to set up a password for your account.
• You show up to the classroom and perform your hands-on skills testing. You will be sent an email to claim your certification eCard the same day of class.

Skills Practice and Testing (What you will be tested on.)
The computer will guide you through Child & Infant CPR and two person CPR. No megacodes.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
There are no refunds after your purchase. However, you can reschedule your course by paying the $30 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. We suggest you purchase the $10 Reschedule Insurance so you can reschedule as many times as needed.
