RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) Program
The American Heart Association offers a fast & easy way to get the Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification card. Take an online ACLS course, practice your skills with a VAM (Voice Assisted Manikin), & then receive your card. During ACLS skills testing, an instructor will not be present since the manikin & computer will guide you through the ACLS skills. We send out the ACLS online courses about 3 times per day. If you register after 5pm, we send it out the next day. 

Where is my American Heart Association ACLS Online Course?
Courses are sent manually by our staff during business hours. If you register after 4:00 PM, your course assignment will be sent to you by 10:00 AM the following day. However, if you call us during business hours at (415) 437-1600, we can send you the course sooner.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
There are no refunds after your purchase. However, you can reschedule your ACLS course by paying the $30 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. Or, you can pay the $10 Reschedule Insurance and reschedule as many times as needed.a
