American Heart Association BLS
The American Heart Association (AHA) offers a fast & easy way to receive the Basic Life Support BLS certification. Complete the AHA online BLS course, practice your hands-on skills on the VAM (voice assisted manikin), then receive your BLS eCard. During the skills testing, a physical instructor will not be in the room with you, but call us if you need any assistance. Bring your smart phone to class! We have a large group of dedicated instructors available virtually to help you pass your course. 

Where is my American Heart Association BLS Online Course?
Courses are sent manually by our staff during business hours. If you register after 4:00 PM, your course assignment will be sent to you by 10:00 AM the following day. However, if you call us during business hours at (415) 437-1600, we can send you the course right away.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
There are no refunds after your purchase. However, you can reschedule your BLS CPR class by paying the $30 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. Or, you can pay the $10 Reschedule Insurance and reschedule as many times as needed.

This course offers reschedule insurance at a cost of $10. Purchasing this will allow you to reschedule yourself in the future at no additional cost. If you do not purchase the insurance, there may be an additional cost to reschedule yourself in the future.

ACLS: ACLS courses by the American Heart Association are taught daily. The Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification courses are for medical and healthcare professionals. This course is for AHA ACLS renewal or initial certification. 
PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support. PALS certification courses by the American Heart Association are for medical professionals who work with children. 
CPR & First-aid: American Red Cross certification and First-aid courses are offered daily to the general public. These courses are for childcare providers and those who are not in the medical field.
